Products and use

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product colors may vary on different screens. Snugmane is a soft dog hood. Check the fit before use, introduce it gradually, and supervise your dog while wearing it. Keep the eyes, nose and mouth clear, and remove the hood if your dog shows discomfort. Do not use a damaged product. Snugmane is not certified hearing protection and does not make loud environments safe.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes that we collect, is displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Customs duties or charges collected by third parties may apply to international deliveries; see our Shipping Policy. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, an address needs correction, or a clear pricing error occurred. If we cannot fulfill an order that has been paid for, we will refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing and delivery estimates appear in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, our 30-day return window, and refund steps appear in our Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
