FAQs

What is Snugmane?

A soft lion-style hood that wraps around your dog's head, with a face opening and a closure beneath the chin.

Does it block fireworks or thunder?

Snugmane is not certified hearing protection. Use it with a quiet indoor space and your reassuring company; do not rely on it to make loud environments safe.

How should I introduce it?

Let your dog sniff it first, then try brief supervised sessions in a quiet room. Check comfort, keep the eyes, nose and mouth clear, and remove it if your dog resists or seems uncomfortable.

Will it fit every dog?

No single fit suits every dog. Check the item's measurements before ordering and avoid a fit that restricts breathing or movement.

When loud sounds take over

Fireworks outside. A sudden clap of thunder. For a noise-sensitive dog, an ordinary evening can quickly become a moment of uncertainty.

When they can't settle, neither can you

When your dog keeps looking for a place to settle, it is hard to relax yourself. A familiar quiet spot and your reassuring company can make those moments easier to manage.

This was a special gift for my puppy

Snugmane can be part of that comforting routine, provided your dog enjoys wearing it. Introduce it gently and remove it if they seem uncomfortable.
